My neck had started to hurt really bad so I figured I needed a better pillow to help. My neck felt better by the very next day and continued daily until my neck pain was gone. I realized I had started sleeping differently when I was on my side but didn't think much about it until my neck started hurting every day again. I simply turned the pillow over (It's shaped different on both sides for different sleeping positions). Just like before, the next day my neck was better. It really does feel ergonomical and like it's made for positioning the head like it should be. It's also contoured just right and feels so good and cozy when lying on my back. Would recommend for neck pain and to prevent neck pain, for those of us who are not spring chickens anymore!

For a long time, I have been searching for a pillow that will relieve my neck pain while sleeping. I had never tried a contour pillow before and decided to give this one a try based on the strong reviews. I have been using the pillow for about a month now and I find it to be very supportive and extremely comfortable, it feels good to lay on it and I love the way the contour fits around my neck. The pillow has the perfect amount of firmness for me and although it has not relieved 100% of my neck pain, it has relieved a lot of it.

I was skeptical about ordering this pillow, there were few if any reviews at the time and it was considerably less expensive than other similar pillows, but I can’t tell any differences between the KyroLabs brand and the more expensive cervical pillows. They used screws, a plate and bone from my rib in a back surgery following a car accident that has caused me continued major neck and back issues. Sitting for more than a few minutes bothers me, so full days back at my desk looking at my computer, looking down at files, and looking down at my phone causes discomfort and spasms. Not that this pillow is an instant cure, but finding a pillow is difficult and this is one of the best ones I’ve tried. It supports my full neck, relieving the pressure at the top of my shoulders and base of my skull. Each time I lay down at the end of the day on this pillow my neck pops and seems to finally relax. I also like the curve area for your shoulders when side sleeping.

bought this pillow in an attempt to reduce the pain in my neck caused by my cervical stenosis. I normally have pain through the night and wake up with significant neck pain. The first night I used this pillow I noticed it supported my head at the perfect level with no need to adjust and manipulate it like the standard pillows I have been using. When I woke up I had zero neck pain. I am amazed at how well it works for me since other pillows and rolls I have tried have not helped or made my pain worse. The way this pillow is shaped, along with the memory foam support, allows me to sleep on either side as well as on my back. I have not been able to sleep on my back because of my neck. My wife asked to try it (her neck is healthy) and she loved it so much she asked me to order one for her immediately. She loves hers just as much as I do.
