Is this FSA/HSA eligible?
Unfortunately, as a private brand, our product is not automatically eligible for HSA or FSA payment. Coverage depends on your plan and employer rules since some plans cover medically necessary devices like our products. We recommend checking with your HSA or FSA administrator or HR to see if our product qualifies, keeping your receipt and product description for reimbursement, and contacting us if you need a separate invoice.
Does insurance cover this?
Coverage depends on your insurance plan, so we can’t confirm if CerviFlex will be covered. We recommend checking directly with your provider. If you’d like to file a claim, we can provide an official invoice for your order.
I didn’t receive my discount code. What should I do?
After subscribing with your email address, you’ll automatically receive an email containing your discount code. If it’s not in your inbox, please check your spam or promotions folder as it may have been filtered there.
