This was easy to start using straight out the box. It even gives you a neck stretching regimen to follow. That helps you stretch your neck out without hurting yourself. This has really helped relieve my tight neck. I only have to use it about 5-10 minutes a day to continue keeping make neck stretched. I usually do it before bedtime while I'm relaxing anyway. The heat feels so nice as well as the stretch. I also like that it comes with its own little bag so that I can't lose pieces of it. It is a great item to wake up in the morning and relieve neck fatigue in the evening and stimulate and stretch my head. I feel significant relief and much more comfortable. I highly recommend it to anyone dealing with neck discomfort.
