This gave me instant relief. I’ve been using this for several weeks and it is a lifesaver. This is extremely easy to use. I work in a office answering phones and I go home at the end of the night with a stiff neck and this is exactly what I needed. The heat message is perfect for my achy bones. It has different settings and I suggest starting at the lowest in the beginning, but it’s nice that you can choose. It has a timer which is really a nice feature. It is on the light side so you can bring it from room to room if needed. It’s a nice size cord so it’s not limited to where it will reach. The days I use this I am in less pain considerably so that’s something you can’t put a price on. Worth every penny!

I have multiple bulged discs in my neck. Recently had an MRI to find out I have a impinged nerve between C6 & 7 causing me a great deal of nerve pain down my left arm and also impacting my spinal canal. Since using the device I no longer have permanent nerve pain and the range of movement in my neck has also improved. This device works very well for me. I wasn’t looking to use it for traction, but to eliminate my stiff neck and associated pains. You should use it on a soft surface as it will move a bit on a hard or smooth one. It does exactly what it should. I like the heat and stimulation on the lower portion of my neck and it does not over extend your neck. I have only been using it for a few weeks but my neck is definitely less tense and if it does feel stiff I can use this device for just a few minutes and things feel better. Worth the investment as long as you use it.

Helps to stretch out the spine. For me, I periodically get lower back pain and came across this device. It emulates the stretch you get from going to a massage and they tilt your head back and pull up to stretch your back. It's not the exact same effect but I can say that 15 minutes with this really does make a difference! It is a relaxing treatment and works for me. Seems well made and has several settings and features like heat and electric pulse stimulus.
