This product does a good job of providing relief without much effort. I am constantly stretching and working in physical therapy, but this device allows me to even get some benefit when I am not actively working. The heating and stim aspects of the pad are okay, which is better than I expected. The best attribute of this device is the stretching it provides through the lower back. Really amazing! Loving it already!

Earlier this year my lower back started to bother me. This has happened before a few times and would usually resolve itself within a week or two. But this time it stayed, and it got worse as the months went by. I tried a standard heating pad but that didn’t help. I started to worry that I’d possibly have this pain for the rest of my life. Bending down was awful- emptying the dishwasher, drier, picking up laundry baskets, etc. I was in a lot of pain. I decided to try this machine. I was a bit skeptical to be honest but it was the best thing I ever did for myself. First of all it arrived same day which I love. I didn’t even read the instructions- out of the box I just used it that first night on the auto settings for two 15 minute sessions. I’ll admit that it was a bit painful while using it because my lower back was so messed up. But that night I noticed less pain when I changed sides in bed, and the following day my pain was significantly lessened. Night two I used it for one 15 minute session and my back pain was virtually gone! I don’t know what was wrong with my back, I never saw a doctor or a chiropractor for it. But I credit this machine with giving me my life back.

I have a bulging disc L5 and sciatica pain from it. I used this the day that came in, it was painful the elevation is quite high, the massage is thru and I do not use the heat function. I can happily say my QL was released immediately after, and I noticed it being able to sit and when I was standing up, this is my second day and I feel great benefit, I highly recommend it if you have a bulging disc like me.

This device surprised me! I have had electro-stim at Chiropractor offices for herniated disc, and this felt the same but gave me greater control of the level of stimulation. The instructions recommend that you start slow, and progress to higher levels of stim, massage and traction, and that is perfect advice. Take it slow with all 3 modalities, increasing over a period of days, as your discomfort eases. It provided me with relief from a sciatica episode and back tightening due to disc issues, over the course of 2-4 weeks. Well made, does what it says and provided a lot of back stiffness and pain relief for the money!

This lumbar traction device has been incredibly helpful! My chiropractor wanted to charge me $150 for one time decompression. I'm grateful to have this device to do it in the privacy of my own home and at my leisure. It takes a little bit of getting used to it first especially if you're a little bit stiff but once you lie back on it and just relax and allow it to work as it does and decompress you'll find with each time that you use it you have more mobility and less pain until you're pain free. My personal experience has been twice a week and at about the fourth treatment are no longer have any pain. And the great news is I don't even have to go back to the chiropractor because I've been feeling so wonderful. I certainly would give this 10 Stars if that were an option.
