The quality and adjustability is very impressive. I get sever pain in the back of my neck and so far ( only a few days) the days I’ve used it I haven’t had any pain. The pain occurs usually at night while watching TV.

I was told that I needed neck surgery with no hope of another option. I needed to wait over a year before I could get it done due to personal reasons so I bought this neck traction device hoping that it would help me until then. When it was time to get the surgery, all of the scans and tests showed zero change which I believe is a direct result of using this device. My condition came on quickly, and doing neck traction kept my neck from compressing worse before I could have the surgery done. I also had less tension and stiffness than I did before I used this. It was also great to be able to adjust to many different settings to maintain comfort, and do things around the house or use the computer while I was wearing it. This relies on pushing the chin up or down to provide traction. It pushes the vertabre through the mechanical arms on both sides and has a rear drive force with a 8-column airbag to help fully open the intervertebral space and help release the compressed nerve. It has 1 knob for both sides so that they keep the same traction force on both sides when stretched. When wearing make sure yo snap thw buckle knob into the correct positiob to prevent it from popping out. Each time the knob is turned 180° counterclockwise the device rises a level. Make sure to deflate the airbag before removing device. Use 2-3x a day for 10-20 minutes each time and at first you may feel some pain or discomfort but they will disappear as you adjust your neck.
