I have been having cervical issues for years now and never knew how to relieve it. I recently went to see a neurologist and he recommended I buy this product to help with some relief rather than having surgery at such a young age. I have to say that since using this product I have noticed less pain. Immediately after use I have instant relief in my neck and back. I recommend getting this product if you are dealing with any kind of neck, arm, back pain that may be caused from pinched nerves or bulging disc.

It is a little tricky getting in and out of this neck traction device for me as my hands are in bad shape. Once on, however, it is very effective at stretching my neck and relieving pressure on the nerves that affect my hands. The tingling and burning in my hands goes away or is greatly diminished while I am wearing the brace. The benefit can last for hours after taking it off. I use it two or three times a day for up to 10 minutes a time. It is capable of a lot of stretching so my advice is to go slowly with it and not put too much pressure right away. It doesn't take much stretching to take pressure off of the vertebrae and discs. It is a bit uncomfortable to use as it lifts the head from under the chin and the back of the head so I don't wear it for long periods. That said the little bit of discomfort is well worth it as the effect in diminishing the numbness in my hands is pretty great. Thanks for a wonderful product!

This was my third neck brace to try to alleviate intermitted pain from neck fusion surgery a few years ago. Super easy to put on and set up. I wanted a brace that elevated the head and provided cushion support from behind not just push the chin up. This fit the bill. Control is a no-brainer and overall it is quite comfortable. Yeah it's a little pricy but getting exactly what I want after being disappointed by other braces made it worth every penny.

I have been going to traction therapy on my neck and upper spine, my therapist was having me do exercises that this unit appeared to duplicate, so I decided to give it a shot. I use it while I am watching TV and I can already feel the difference. It has been long suspected that my headaches were caused by my neck issues and since I have started using this, I believe I feel a reduction in the severity of my headaches. I would highly recommend this to anyone whose doctor thinks they may benefit from traction therapy.

I have three compressed disk and severe spinal stenosis in my neck. I suffered with the pain during the day and took pain meds at night to sleep. I decided to try the neck traction with the thought of opening up the compression of the vertebraes. Right away I noticed a big difference in my neck pain and head movement. I suggest starting without the pump and just concentrate on stretching the neck. Tighten the knob so the traction device is under the chin and against the neck. Raise it up until you can feel the stretch and leave it for the recommended time. As you feel comfortable tighten a little firmer around the neck and a little more extension. Once you feel comfortable with the stretch that works for you, slowly add the pump and air bags. I'm not a doctor this information is how the neck traction helped me. Of course if anything bothers you slow down or stop. Hopefully this helps your neck like it did for me.
